📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and oversee the design and construction of innovative projects, ensuring they meet high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver exceptional results.
• Utilize industry-leading software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to create detailed and accurate designs.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure projects are on track and meet specifications.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and construction, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Valid professional certification from a recognized institution, such as the Indonesian Architect Association (IAA).
• Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative and innovative mindset, with a keen eye for detail and functional design.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
