📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborating with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.
• Overseeing the design process, including concept development, schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
• Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Mentoring and guiding junior architects and design team members.
• Presenting design concepts to clients and stakeholders, and defending architectural decisions.
• Managing project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Staying current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
