📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance food security and sustainable agricultural development.
Oversee the implementation of national and provincial food security programs.
Coordinate with local governments, NGOs, and international organizations to create a resilient food system.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of food security initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
Promote sustainable agriculture practices and innovative farming techniques.
Ensure the availability of nutritious food for all, including vulnerable groups.
Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals to achieve organizational goals.
Represent the Dinas Ketahanan Pangan at national and international forums to advocate for food security and agricultural development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Public Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in food security, agricultural development, or a related field.
Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
Familiarity with national and international food security policies and standards.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
