As a Human Resources & Recruitment Specialist at Private Advertiser, you will be at the heart of our operations, working closely with managers and employees to ensure a seamless recruitment process and a thriving workplace. You will have the chance to work in beautiful locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions to attract the right talent.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to find the best fit for our team.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the onboarding process to ensure new hires feel welcome and integrated into the team.
• Provide HR support and guidance to employees, addressing any issues or concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and recruitment.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience in a multicultural or international environment is a plus.
