📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and develop tailored semiconductor solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to customers, ensuring they can effectively integrate Siltronic's products into their processes.
• Work with the R&D team to develop and implement innovative solutions that leverage Siltronic's advanced silicon wafer technology.
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide cost-benefit analyses for potential projects.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous innovation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Siltronic remains at the forefront of semiconductor innovation.
• Participate in cross-functional projects, contributing to the development of new products and services.
• Provide technical documentation and support for customer-facing teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a related technical role, with a strong background in semiconductor technology or a similar technical field.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing technical solutions for customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and tools, such as PECVD, CVD, and oxidation.
• Certification in a relevant technical field, such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing, is a plus.
