📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement educational programs and initiatives to improve the quality of education in Indonesia.
Collaborate with schools, teachers, and communities to ensure the successful execution of educational projects.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of educational programs on student learning outcomes.
Provide professional development opportunities for teachers and school leaders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the education sector.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in education.
Prepare and present reports on the progress and outcomes of educational initiatives.
Participate in national and international education conferences and workshops.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in education facilitation or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian education policies and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using educational software and tools such as Moodle, Google Classroom, and Microsoft Office.
Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
Valid teaching certification or equivalent professional qualification.
