📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance food security and sustainable agricultural development.
• Oversee the implementation of national and provincial food security programs.
• Coordinate with local governments, NGOs, and international organizations to create a resilient food system.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of food security initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
• Promote sustainable agriculture practices and innovative farming techniques.
• Ensure the availability of nutritious food for all, including vulnerable groups.
• Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals to achieve organizational goals.
• Represent the Dinas Ketahanan Pangan at national and international forums to advocate for food security and agricultural development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food security, agricultural development, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Familiarity with national and international food security policies and standards.
