📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Curating and designing unique travel itineraries for clients visiting Bangka Belitung.
• Building and maintaining relationships with local vendors, tour guides, and service providers.
• Managing and coordinating all aspects of travel operations, including transportation, accommodations, and activities.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards for all travel services.
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in destination management or a similar role in the travel industry.
• Proficient in using travel management software such as Sabre, Amadeus, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of the travel industry, including regulations, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with local partners.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the destinations in Bangka Belitung, including cultural, historical, and environmental aspects.
