📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated into the team successfully.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention of top talent.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
