📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, organize, and coordinate a wide range of extra-curricular activities, including sports, cultural events, and academic competitions.,Develop and implement strategies to increase student engagement and participation in campus activities.,Work closely with faculty and student leaders to ensure the successful execution of events and programs.,Maintain accurate records of student participation and activity outcomes.,Promote the university's values and culture through various initiatives and events.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of activities into the overall student experience.,Manage and oversee the budget for extra-curricular activities, ensuring financial responsibility and accountability.,Provide excellent customer service to students and stakeholders involved in campus activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in student affairs, event management, or a similar role.,Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for student development.
