The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food for our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food for our guests.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Assist in the preparation of special dietary requirements.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Familiarity with inventory management systems.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
