📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist customers with their purchases and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain the store's cleanliness and organization.
  • Ensure all sales transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Stock shelves and ensure the store is well-stocked.
  • Handle cash and manage the cash register.
  • Assist with promotional activities and sales events.
  • Work with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of computer and cash register operations.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
