📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff,Assist with patient care, including administrative tasks and medical procedures,Maintain a clean and organized work environment,Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments,Support the team in achieving departmental goals and targets,Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions,Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks,Promote a positive and inclusive work culture

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or customer service environment,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology and procedures,Familiarity with computer software and data entry systems,Ability to lift and move patients or equipment as needed,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays,High school diploma or equivalent
