📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and control semiconductor manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.,Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.,Investigate and resolve process-related issues and implement corrective actions to maintain production efficiency.,Conduct process validation and characterization to support new product development and process improvements.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process enhancements and cost-saving initiatives.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.,Participate in shift rotations and on-call duties to ensure continuous production and support during off-hours.,Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians and new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a strong background in process control and troubleshooting.,In-depth knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including photolithography, etching, deposition, and metrology.,Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and tools, such as SEM, AFM, and ellipsometry.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
