Hokian Dewi Bakso is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our bakso outlet in Lubuklinggau. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the store from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with the team and customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed to maintain optimal supply.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer footfall and sales.,Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or food service management.,Proven track record of successful store management in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of Indonesian food and beverage industry is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
