LUNAR Group is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support our company's growth. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with company needs.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and coordinating offers.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Knowledge of local job market and industry trends in Indonesia is a plus.
