📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of vital signs.,Assisting in the development and implementation of patient care plans.,Administering medications as prescribed by physicians.,Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Assisting in the organization and maintenance of the nursing unit.,Participating in staff meetings and continuing education programs.,Promoting a positive and safe environment for patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Active nursing license in Indonesia.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Compassionate and patient-oriented attitude.
