📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Ensure all maintenance work is documented and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Valid certification in electrical safety or equivalent.
