📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Supervise a team of lab technicians and provide training and guidance.
  • Perform and interpret laboratory tests, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.
  • Conduct quality control checks and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage laboratory inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Provide technical support to other departments and assist in troubleshooting issues.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a focus on clinical or research laboratories.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and regulations.
  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and local language.
