📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the coordination and management of the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and fuel management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards for fleet operations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance safety.,Monitor and analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Manage and mentor a team of fleet coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations with overall business objectives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance, and incidents.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition and comply with safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
