📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including supplier evaluation and negotiation,Prepare and process purchase orders and invoices,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed,Research and identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field,Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or related field (fresh graduates with relevant skills and experience may be considered),Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
