📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to kitchen policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and international culinary techniques.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
