📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform a variety of facial treatments including deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, and mask applications.
• Administer specialized treatments such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and laser therapy.
• Consult with clients to understand their skin concerns and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following strict hygiene and safety protocols.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest skincare trends and techniques through continuous learning and professional development.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless client experience and high standards of service.
• Manage client records and treatment schedules efficiently.
• Promote SOZO Skin products and services to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Facial Therapist or similar role in the beauty industry.
• Certification in facial treatments, such as Advanced Facialist, Esthetician, or similar from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in using professional skincare equipment and tools, including microdermabrasion machines, chemical peel devices, and laser systems.
• Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet client expectations.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
