Food Smart Abadi is looking for a Deputy HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Maintain and update employee records,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Coordinate training and development programs,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration
