• Assemble and install precision equipment according to detailed technical specifications.
• Conduct comprehensive testing and quality control checks to ensure equipment functionality.
• Perform diagnostic repairs and troubleshooting on assembled equipment.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and improve processes.
• Document all assembly, testing, and maintenance activities for quality assurance and compliance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in assembly, testing, or repair of precision equipment.
• Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related industries.
• Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment, such as SMT machines, soldering irons, and precision measuring tools.
• Knowledge of quality control and testing protocols, including ISO standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid certification in electrical safety or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
