📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure that the store adheres to company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
