📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong knowledge of the Orthopaedic and SportMed markets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
