Hokian Joko Butik is looking for a talented and passionate Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia while contributing to the success of our boutique.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify sales trends and customer preferences.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.,Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.,Organize and participate in sales promotions, events, and trade shows.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
