📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the team.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and guidance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow.,Handle employee training and development programs.,Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking.,Prepare and present reports on team performance and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with HR software and practices is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Good understanding of labor laws and regulations.
