📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and supervise the staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.,Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and well-maintained.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of leadership and team management.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
