📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of retail sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product information, recommendations, and purchases.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date product knowledge to ensure customers receive the best advice.,Support the retail team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.,Assist in the organization and presentation of retail displays to attract customers and drive sales.,Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to gather insights and improve the shopping experience.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and best practices.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other relevant documents to support the retail team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist customers.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail sales software and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
